This service places the customer's controller card in the AWP Electronics Lab on a test bench control version of the customer's machine.
An AWP Technician will conduct testing and evaluation of the controller card using NC Console, a test bench Main Control Panel connected to servo drives, motors, sensors, abrasive feeder and water on/off.

This evaluation will determine if a particular issue experienced by the customer can be duplicated with controlled "known good" components. Generally, this evaluation will determine if a particular problem can be isolated to the controller card or not.

NOTE:

This service does not include any repair and it does not guaranty that a resolution of the problem experienced by the customer.
IF A NEW CONTROLLER CARD IS PURCHASED FROM AWP, THE COST OF THE EVALUATION WILL BE APPLIED.

MC4000 card - Mk4 control platform, by PMDi
DMC-216x - Mk2 and Mk2D (Mk3) control platform, by Galil (includes all versions indicated by "x")
